                            Mr.Kittidet Traisawatpanich (HAO) is chief executive with high experience in Trading business. Mr.Kittidet founded the business with his brothers since 1980 named "Architect group" focusing on iron rod, shaped iron, plywood, and construction materials. After that, the company grows rapidly and start import business from around the world to satisfy customers' need to get good quality product and reasonable price. Finally, Architect group has 12 companies that focused on difference product and market across Thailand.

In 2005, Mr.Kittidet resign from Architect group in order to start new business to be legacy for his family members. This time, he and his younger brother, Mr. Choosak Traisawatpanich (Kieng), founded new company name "Power Group" with 5 sub companies to taking care of each product caegories consists of Agriculture tools, Plywood, Tools and machinery. Businesses start growing rapidly, and the board of directors which consists of Mr. Kittidet, Mr. Choosak, and their family members decided to divide the business again.

In 2015, Ion Group had been founded by Mr.Kittidet, and Power Group will be under supervisioned of Mr.Choosak.

Ion group, which consisted of 7 sub companies, was managed by outsource managing team, and were expected to be foundation of Mr. Kittidet sons and daughter for learning about business. Unfortunately, due to mismanagement of the managing team and the uncertainty of world economic, leads to bad reputation by the other wholesales business. Mr.Kittidet decide to reform new managing team, closed down some companies, and maintain 3 companies which is favored and still be trusted by the customers.

In 2019, Mr.Kittidet had fixed, reformed, and developed new mangement policies. The vision, goals, and work procedures are more standardize and business start running well again.
Today, Mr.Kittidet is the owner and manage 3 companies named VIP Plywood Co., LTD. , Nakashi (Thailand) Co., LTD. , and Forhome Sanitaryware Co., LTD. which are under "HAO GROUP" and let his descentdants taking care of each company with the vision to expand more product line to satisfy all customers which support the company for a long time.
